Upon arrival at the property, guests are required to provide proof of their original identity. The check-in time is between 14:30 to 24:00 West Indonesia Time, while the check-out time is noon. An environmental management fee (IPL) is included in the room rate. A deposit is required at check-in, and its conditions apply. Electricity and water fees are included for daily rentals, while they are charged for monthly and yearly rentals. Wi-Fi is free for daily rentals, but it incurs a fee for monthly and yearly rentals. The unit and linens will be cleaned only upon check-out. Special cleaning requests during the stay are available for an additional fee. Additionally, the parking fee is the guest’s responsibility, and the estimated costs start from 5,000/1 hour.
Gatherings and parties of any kind, including bringing alcoholic drinks, dangerous substances, and pets, are not allowed in the rooms. The property reserves the right to evict additional occupants from the room. This reservation is non-transferable.
Please note that if you fail to show up for your reservation, we will charge your credit card for one night’s room rate, including applicable taxes. The Property has the right to evict guests for their behavior or safety, security, and medical reasons. This includes non-compliance with Property employee instructions, and discriminatory, harassing, or endangering behavior towards other guests. Guests must not jeopardize the health, safety, and security aspects of the Property at any time.
Special offer terms will apply to each order, and in case of any conflict, the special offer terms will take precedence. If there is a discrepancy in the actual bill provided to you upon receipt of services, the billing terms will apply. If guests require additional days, they must inform the Property 24 hours in advance, while adhering to the terms and conditions that apply.
As a guest, it is your responsibility to maintain cleanliness and neatness during your stay. You must follow all safety, security, and hygiene recommendations provided by the property and avoid any actions that violate them. If you are found to violate any of these recommendations, you will be solely responsible for any consequences that may arise.
All property assets and valuables must also be properly maintained and not damaged or destroyed. In case of any damage or destruction caused by you, the property has the right to collect the necessary fees at a later date, once it is proven beyond doubt that you were responsible for the damage.
Lastly, if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to certain fabrics, materials, cleaning products, or foods, you must inform the property management before your arrival.
At our establishment, we take the safety and security of our guests seriously. Our management and staff work hard to maintain a safe environment, and we expect our guests to do the same. Please note that the property is not responsible for any personal items or valuables that are lost, stolen, or misplaced due to guests’ negligence.
If you misplace an item while on our property, please know that we keep track of lost items and store them in a secure location. However, we do not contact individuals regarding lost property and are not responsible for any items that are lost or left behind. Any perishable items that are taken from the room after check-out are only kept until the end of the business day.
If you have lost an item, you can collect it from the property with valid identification within 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, we can arrange to have the item shipped to you at your own expense.
The Company has the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately posted on this website. Please check the latest information posted here to stay informed about any changes.
We strive to ensure satisfactory reservation arrangements. However, the Property is not liable for any financial or other losses, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional costs, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbances, vehicle defects, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, flood, natural disasters, acts of the Government or other authorities, changes in Government regulations, accidents or failures of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements, or industrial action.
